How do we integrate design and context?

Agriculture and Pearl Harbor are two important elements of the history of the corridor. Design motifs that are reflective to the context of the area will be incorporated into the streetscape on walls, fences, and planters to symbolize the area's heritage. These design features are proposed to be carried forward and included in the design of the future light rail transit system.
